On July 19, the company held the H2 2025 Business Plan and Operations Meeting, attended by corporate leadership, mid-level assistants and above, experts, and senior specialists. The meeting was chaired by Dai Zhengchun, Deputy General Manager of Changbao.

During the session, outstanding representatives from sales and operational units, functional departments, and key construction projects delivered specialized reports. These presentations provided an in-depth review of the H1 operational performance and critical tasks, while clarifying H2 business objectives and actionable measures. The company also recognized advanced collectives for their excellence in HSE management, energy conservation and carbon reduction, technological advancement, team building, and lean improvements, alongside individual accolades for outstanding achievements in market expansion.


General Manager Han Qiaolin presented the semi-annual work report, thoroughly summarizing the company’s H1 operational results, analyzing existing challenges and shortcomings, and outlining key initiatives for the second half of the year. He emphasized that amid evolving market conditions, Changbao remains committed to brand and value-driven operations, continuously advancing the transformation and upgrading of its product and market structures. Notable progress has been made in building distinctive brands, improving process technologies, advancing key projects, enhancing on-site lean management, and promoting green, low-carbon development.

He stressed that in the current industry landscape, the most effective approach is to strengthen internal capabilities, focus on core responsibilities, and steadfastly pursue set goals with reinforced execution. In H2, the company must resolutely adhere to the annual business plan objectives, intensify the implementation of annual priorities, and maintain a result-oriented mindset to ensure the successful achievement of yearly targets.

In his concluding remarks, Chairman Cao Jian delivered a significant address. He acknowledged the achievements and progress made across all units and functions in H1, expressing gratitude to all Changbao employees for their dedication and hard work. He underscored the necessity of identifying key objectives, actions, and milestones, leveraging organizational resources to deliver results. “As competition intensifies across industries, companies are engaging in comprehensive, multi-dimensional rivalries for survival and growth,” he noted. “In such an environment, we must look inward, strengthen our foundations, and build robust capabilities to ensure resilience.”

The Chairman emphasized that sustainable, high-quality development requires stepping out of the “comfort zone” to confront challenges directly. In H2, the focus will revolve around “value creation and value realization,” anchored in the annual business plan. Efforts will center on operational accounting, transformational management, organizational efficiency, and time optimization, alongside strengthening team building, talent development, and compliance. “We must believe in ourselves, in our teams, and in Changbao. With dreams and conviction, we will continue progressing to create greater value for society, the company, and our customers,” he concluded.
Following the meeting, all participants joined a “Health Run” activity, sweating and energizing themselves through running, igniting summer enthusiasm while embracing the joy and vitality brought by sports.
