Jiangsu Changbao Steel Tube Limited Co. (referred to as "CB") is a manufacturing service company devoted to the production of special steel tubes, founded in 1958 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010 (Stock code:002478).It is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province,adjacent to the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and is equidistant from Nanjing and Shanghai. There is a dedicated railway line connecting to the Shanghai Nanjing Railway, providing convenient transportation. At present, Changbao has three production and manufacturing bases in Changzhou, Jintan, and Oman, with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of special steel tubes.

Our products include OCTG, power plant boilers tubes, tubes for engineering industries, petrochemical heat exchangers, automobiles, ships, and special steel tubes for other segmented markets. The products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide, with customers from well-known domestic and foreign oil companies,power and energy companies, petrochemical equipment manufacturing companies and mechanical equipment manufacturing companies. Changbao is an excellent or qualified supplier of PDO,OXY,GE,Mitsubishi Heavy Industries,Doosan and other international well-known enterprises, as well as an important supplier of domestic key oil and gas fields and boiler factories such as CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, Dongfang Boiler Co.,Ltd, Shanghai Boiler Works Co.,Ltd, and Harbin Boiler Co.,Ltd.

Changbao, a national high-tech enterprise, has established the Jiangsu Special Steel Tube Engineering Technology Center, Jiangsu Seamless Steel Tube Engineering Technology Research Center for Special Service Conditions, and CNAS National Accreditation Laboratory.We are also qualifed by ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF16949 management system, the United States APl monogram certificate, TUV Certified PED and AD W2000 EU certifcate, LR/BV/ABS/DNV/NK/KR/CCS/RINA certification of national classification societies.

Changbao and its subsidiaries have independently developed multiple new products that achieved national and provincial-level, obtained the National Torch Program and muliple invention patents, and formulated relevant national standards.Our tubing, small diameter alloy high-pressure boiler tubes, HRSG ultra-long tubes, U-shaped tubes for heat exchangers and other products have maintained a leading market share in the industry. In 2021, Changbao Technology R&D Center was put into operation, equipped with world-class inspection and testing equipment, specializing in the research of seamless steel tube manufacturing technology and materials. In recent years, we have established multiple joint research and development platforms with partners such as SMS Demag, Tubular Goods Research Institute of CNPC, and multiple well-known special steel enterprises,focusing on material research and development, production, and service performance evaluation, solving the difficulties in material design and manufacturing, enhancing the competitiveness of domestic high-end special tubes. We are building a high level R&D platform for special tubes, building a national enterprise technology R&D center, and committing to be a technologically advanced enterprise.

We attaches great importance to equipment investment and technological transformation, with advanced equipment and professional advantages. We have established 1 PQF continuous rolling line, 1 ASSEL hot rolling line, 2 CPE hot rolling lines, 4 pipe end upsetting lines, 6 OCTG heat treatment lines, 8 boiler tube heat treatment lines, 12 thread processing lines, and 2 U-tubes lines. Recently, we have accelerated the digitization and intelligent upgrading of production lines, promoting post automation, centralized control of production lines, and the construction of information platforms to improve the intelligent manufacturing level of enterprises. In 2021, we introduced the world's latest technology - PQF continuous rolling mill, designed and manufactured by SMS Demag, and put it into operation. After that, the equipment capacity and intelligent manufacturing level were comprehensively improved, and the technical ability and quality reached industry-leading levels.In 2023, we focused on segmented markets and tracks, launched special materials projects for new energy and semiconductor, and new energy vehicle precision tube projects, promoted high-end transformation and upgrading, built Changbao dream factory and new quality productivity, to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise, and support the sustainable and healthy development of Changbao.
