On March 12, Changbao held the “2025 Lean Improvement Summary and Commendation Meeting & 2026 Launch Meeting”. Company leaders, along with lean experts and heads of various departments, attended the meeting.

During the session, the Lean Office reported the lean improvement promotion achievements in 2025 and the objectives in 2026, business unit representatives shared the results of improvement projects, and lean experts provided comments and professional suggestions for the work in the new year.

The meeting commended outstanding individuals and excellent teams for their exceptional performance in advancing lean improvement initiatives throughout 2025. Award-winning representatives shared their experience and insights based on their own practice.

Han Qiaolin, General Manager of Changbao, stated in his speech that lean improvement is not an additional task, but a kind of awareness and mindset integrated into daily operations and implemented throughout the process. He emphasized that lean improvement thinking should be deeply integrated into operational management.

Cao Jian, Chairman of Changbao, pointed out that lean improvement is a vital path to corporate success and must be pursued persistently with daily progress.
