Product features

The particularity of automobile accessories requires slightly surface, limited weight, operation safety and steady performance. To ensure the life time of accessories, there are also high requirements for anti-corrosion and duration. Additionally, according to different applications, there are specific requirements for material, dimension, precision, mechanical properties, processing properties, and surface conditions. Some special applications require wear resistance, fatigue resistance and weldability. On most occasions, high weldability is quite important, as well as re-processing properties and heat treatment properties. In some cases, while used as finished accessories with galvanization or other coatings, some tubes will be NBK. For example, considering dynamic balance, tubes for shaft shall have uniform wall thickness, good fatigue resistance, and enough static torque value. For shock absorber, besides strict requirements for inside oval, inside roughness, inside wear resistance is also required. Regarding steering rod, cold extruding processing property is required. For carriage, NBK is necessary.
