The construction unit is carrying out equipment installation and linkage commissioning.

High-end alloy pipelines, ultra-long precision pipe main lines, and clean and bright pipe main lines are about to enter the trial production stage.

The civil foundation construction site of the hot extrusion line is in full swing. The production line is expected to enter the thermal load commissioning stage in July 2025.

(2) Precision Pipe Project of Changbao Special and Precision Mill

Heat treatment, cold rolling, and finishing NDT lines are in production and commissioning. The welded pipe production line is expected to enter the installation and commissioning stage by the end of August 2025.

At present, the two projects are making preparations from the construction period to the production and operation period. While doing a good job in project construction, Changbao simultaneously carries out preparatory preparations for production organization, system and product certification, key technology research, new product development, upstream raw material cooperation development, downstream market development and customer visits.

1. Changbao Special Materials Project includes four professional production lines: hot extrusion line, high-end alloy pipeline, ultra-long precision pipeline and clean and bright pipeline, focusing on small-diameter seamless precision special pipes, covering stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, high-temperature alloy and corrosion-resistant alloy products, realizing the strategic upgrading of the company's products, and promoting the localization of key high-end products such as new energy and high-end industrial engineering, fine chemicals and marine equipment.

2. Changbao Precision Pipe Project includes welded pipe production line, heat treatment line, cold rolling line, finishing NDT line and deep processing pipeline, focusing on special precision pipes and fittings, covering stabilizer bars, camshafts, drive shafts, ball cages, motor shafts and other fields of precision pipe products for new energy vehicles, so as to promote the transformation of Changbao's product structure and create new profit growth points.
