On September 21, Changbao held the launch ceremony for its "Ziwei Fund". This fund aims to provide financial assistance to employees facing difficulties such as illness or disasters through an internal mutual aid mechanism, marking a significant move in the company's commitment to the core value of "public welfare and mutual assistance".
Proposed by Cao Jian, the company's Chairman, this fund draws the name from the Chinese phonetic pronunciation of the crape myrtle flower and also from the symbolic meaning of it, that is, love, family affection, dedication and constancy, which aligns with the corporate culture centered on "employee-orientation". During the ceremony, the host explained that the establishment of the fund had taken half a year, involving extensive research to develop the "Ziwei Fund Charter", which explicitly upholds the principles of "Openness, Fairness, Justice, and Mutual Aid". Allocated funds are used for designated purposes only, with a fund management committee responsible for reviewing and distributing aid, ensuring that every contribution accurately reaches employees in need.

At the ceremony, the Chairman made the first donation. Management personnel at all levels and attending employees subsequently contributed, creating an atmosphere that was both solemn and enthusiastic. Chairman state that "the company's development is inseparable from the efforts of every employee. The establishment of this fund is a fulfillment of our promise that 'Changbao people are forever one family'. We hope this caring initiative will become a warm harbor protecting our employees."
The launch of the "Ziwei Fund" signifies Changbao's deepened commitment to social responsibility and internal care. The fund enables employees to feel the warmth from the company, and the mutual aid mechanism will foster a stronger sense of belonging. It was noted that the fund will expand its resources through regular fundraising and special campaigns to provide ongoing support to employees.
"When the crape myrtle blooms, mutual aid thrives and happiness endures!"
