Recently, Changbao Special Material Production Line has successfully got verified in the audits of the well-known international enterprises from Europe, South Korea and the United States, and has been approved as a qualified supplier of them.

Changbao Special Material Production Line focuses on the full range of precision special tubes from OD 6.35mm to 88.9mm. With domestic production as the positioning, investment will be made to build an intelligent production line with an annual output of 8,500 tons.

Since the groundbreaking ceremony on November 28, 2023, Changbao team together with the Construction companies has seized the time nodes, and after more than one year of intense construction, the high-end alloy pipeline, ultra-long precision tubes and clean bright tubes of Changbao Special Material Production Line have now entered the production stage.

In the first quarter, the first batch of high-end stainless steel heat exchanger tubes have been commercially delivered. Meanwhile, the construction of the extrusion line has entered a crucial stage of installation and commissioning. The world-leading small-diameter extrusion machine production line is expected to enter the production commissioning stage in the third quarter.

The constant factory audits approved by internationally well-known clients means the high-end transformation process of Changbao is highly accelerating, laying a solid foundation for the expansion of Changbao's Special material products into a broader international market.
