Changbao 2104 cadre meeting and signing ceremony of target responsibility letters of each company

  On Feb. 24th,2014, Caojian(chairman of the board),Zhu hongzhang(president), the representative of the subsidiaries. Changbao 2104 cadre meeting and signing ceremony of corporate objectives was held in the reporting hall of science building which hosted by Zhuhongzhang.

  At the beginning of the meeting, the president Zhu hongzhang, the vice-manager of joint-stock company Zhang lanyong, the vice-manager of Jinte company Dai jiandong, the vice-manager of Energy pipe company Yu baoxiang, the manager of maintenance company Ding wei, the vice-manager of sales company Dai zhengchun had signed the 2014 target responsibility letters. Then the vice-manager of joint-stock company Zhang lanyong and Yao weiming, the manager assistant of precision Wang guofu had signed the 2014 target responsibility letters.

  After signed the responsibility letters, Mr. Zhu said that now we have signed responsibility letters and the target of 2014 is explicit so the principals of each company should bring the target to home and transmit the mission to every cadre.2014 will be a difficult year due to the changeable economical situation and the effect of government regulatory is progressively showing. According to market criterion the developing is the long-term strategy of our country, so our company should follow the market criterion and as the principle of the listed company to propel the emphasis works. The responsibility letters not merely stand for the numbers, but also stand for the responsibility. We must think out the ways to realize it that the key is to practice.

  Mr. Zhu had proposed five requirements to the cadres for 2014 works. First, be more diligent. Changbao always advocate diligent which is the basic diathesis of the personnel and it can make us move on and comprehend. The diligent man can obtain more opportunities, experience, and methods that can have chance to realize self-target; Second, find more ways. The personnels need to be the one who can find more ways to solve problems, reach the targets, save time, keep thinking, comparing, exploring, settle the practice puzzles. Third, be more ability. The company relies on the outstanding personnels, these person can find more ways and measurements to solve the management problems even think over how to prevent the problems. The most important thing for these person is their conception which is fearless, confidence and grab opportunities. Fourth, be more contribution. The performance is the absolute principle, great performance means good methods and good process. And the performance is the only criterion to measure a cadre whether conscientiousness. People always upwards to be better, the contribution makes us do everything better. Fifth, be more unity. Changbao need the team group can solve puzzles, contribute wisdom, full of passion, win the battle. In Changbao production unit only the team cooperation can promote the effective. The cadres of Changbao need to learn team work, cooperation, and the skillful that the things can be done.

  Mr. Zhu emphasized that each company should as per the practical situation to research each target. Practice is superior to words, 2014 is the revolution year of Changbao also is the year to realize each cadre’s value.
