On Dec. 28-29th, 2013, Changbao has hold the 2014 budget meeting, the chairman of the board CaoJian, the president Zhu Hongzhang, the main responsible persons of the company and assistant management cadres attended the meeting. According to the complicated economic situation and 2013 finance budget the participants communicated  how to expand the market, high effective management, comprehensive quality improvement ect for the coming 2014. The meeting was presided over by Zhou Jiahua, Executive Vice President of the Company.

The main responsible person and representatives of relevant departments of Changbao joint-stock, Changbao jinte, Changbao precision, Changbao energy, Changbao sales and Changbao maintenance did some report for the work summary of 2013 and key break through of 2014. The relevant functional departments of the joint - stock company did the special project report for the research and development management, material procurement management, raw material procurement management, safety and environmental management, human resources management.

    After listened the reports of the representatives, the president Zhu Hongzhang affirmed the performance of each company did in 2013 but pointed the insufficient and suggested the modification, meanwhile Mr. Zhu summarized the work of 2014 from three aspects. First, pay more attention to product quality, in order to produce quality goods we should work harder. Second, to show the importance of the clients should deliver goods in time which need do the appropriate goods delivery scheme over the production process. Third, increase the intensity of product development, Changbao should continue to strive for market advantage, do the valuable products, make breakthrough for researching new products. Mr. Zhu said with confidence that although 2014 is a challenging year but Changbao has be a great company we have lot advantages and ability to face the challenge. What’s more, with the wisdom and effort of all the personnels we should be and must be achieve the operational objective of 2014.

At the end of the meeting, chairman of the board Cao Jian did the important speech.

Firstly， Mr. Cao affirmed the achievement of the leading group which leaded by Mr. Zhu and appreciated the effort of all the staffs did in the past year.

Mr. Cao said the industry area is changeable, now the winter of the manufacturing industry is coming and it will last for a long time ,what’s more, the fierce competitive will become normal. However, everyone should have confidence to expect the 2014. The government policies brought hope to the society which was innovation. The innovation reset the market that would bring lots unprecedented opportune to us. Changbao has the gene of diligent, now we need the gene of innovation to help us realize the values of the individual and the society.   

Chairman Mr. Cao pointed that 2014 is a crucial year for change. Changbao to continue to make efforts to be a healthy, sustainable, distinctive "small and beautiful" enterprise. "small and beautiful" which means to be very strong, unique, with expertise, quick response, comprehensive competitiveness and product quality must be better than other companies. Meanwhile, Changbao should persist shouzheng chuqi, live with the values. Shouzheng chuqi. ,Shouzheng  is to go the right way, Chuqi  is to have characteristics and innovation.

    Finally, chairman Mr. Cao emphasized that people should have great mind but this may difficult to realize. Changbao should form a serious, hard-working, innovative cultural ideas, employees have value to the company, the product should be valuable to the user, the company should be valuable to society. In order to meet the requirements of new development environment in 2014, Changbao will continue to make efforts to become a socially respected enterprise.（editor/Liu Zhifeng）
