After listened the reports of the representatives, the president Zhu Hongzhang affirmed the performance of each company did in 2013 but pointed the insufficient and suggested the modification, meanwhile Mr. Zhu summarized the work of 2015 from two aspects "double transformation" and "double upgrade". The international oil price probably continue to fall down, the risk for demand and price of the OCTG market also keep rising, With the downward pressure on the economy, the demand for electricity is reduced, the power plant project construction steps to slow down, the risk of shrinking the boiler tube demand is also gradually increasing. However, facing such disadvantaged market situation Changbao should accelerate the transition of the market and the product structure.
