H2S corrosion resistance premium connection casing is seal lock joint casing used for oil and gas exploitation under H2S corrosion condition. Pipe body is produced with Cr-Mo steel billet that can resist H2S stress corrosion and the component of billet is on our Changbao’s self research. Such Cr-Mo steel billet has high hardenability and tempering stability, so when tempered under specific temperature, small and uniform tempered sorbite can be obtained. And through fine adjustment of the composition and heat treatment, hardness and strength can fully meet corresponding requirement for different steel grade. It also helps improve SSC resistance performance. Changbao’s such tubing and casing with special patent gas-sealing connection joint, , applies to different complex and serious well condition. Now, Changbao’s H2S corrosion resistance premium connection casing has been approved by domestic authority and widely used in domestic oil fields. And our CBS3 premium connection, applies to H2S corrosion resistance tubing and casing, has passed CAL-IV test qualification, which is the highest level required by ISO 13679.
